The Stop report shows the locations where a vehicle (or group of vehicles) has stopped and the duration stopped at each location. This is the best report to use for your time sheets as it outlines the complete days. This enables you to identify any discrepancies in timesheets or workload.
Details provided in this report include:
- duration of stop
- start / end time of stop
- distance travelled from last stopping point
- travelling time from last stopping point
- addresses for each stopping point
You are able to click on any address within the stop report and this will take you into a map view of that location where you are able to use the satellite view on this map and utilise the street view guy as well. This is useful to use if a customer disputes that you were at their location.
This function returns the user with a ‘Trip Report’ on the selected vehicle(s) over a specified date and time range.
This report will use the Geofences that you have set up and allow you to run individual reports on these specific locations. When you run this report it will only give you the times that the vehicle was within your fenced areas rather than the complete days' history.
This report is very useful for locations that your vehicles travel to regularly, or for when you need to view how many times they have gone to that location over a day/week /month.
You are able to run this report on an address to ascertain which of your vehicles were in a designated area. You can run it over a 500 or 100meter radius, it will then bring up any vehicles that have been within this radius.
This is the report to use if you have forgotten which day/vehicle went out to a certain address or if you get a complaint from the public about a vehicle speeding dangerous driving etc.
You simply enter an address into the ‘address box’ then choose to view which vehicles have been within 500 or 1000meters of that address.
You also have the option to choose ‘any positions’ near that address so even if your vehicle just drove past the location or have just the stopped positions near that location to have more specific results.
Overspeed Summary Report
This report logs any time the vehicle goes over 90km. It also lists the top speed of the vehicle for each day and the average speed.
The over speed report is a smaller quicker report than the over speed summary report. You can choose your speed threshold and only view vehicles that have gone over this speed, rather than seeing all vehicles and all speeds over 90km/h which is what the over speed summary report shows.
This report makes it easier to recognise your top speeders. It will also show the location, date and time the speed was logged and by clicking on this address it will take you into a map view of the location.
Advanced Stop Report
This function returns the user with an ‘ Advanced Stop Report’ on the selected vehicle(s) over a specified date and time range.
Driver Profile Report
This is a fantastic overview report as it shows how the vehicle has been utilised over the day and helps you compare your vehicles against each other. This report makes it very easy to see which vehicles are being used the most, the highest driving times, longest stopped times along with the vehicle's start and finish time. An excellent report to check against what the drivers have listed as their start and end times.
This report also helps determine which vehicles are the most favoured in your fleet.
This report shows when a vehicle has been sitting still with the key on. If you run it for over a 10 minute threshold and get results this means that the vehicle is draining your battery and if the vehicle is fully running for this time, it is also burning through excess fuel. This is a very easy way to start saving money with our system.
This report records the mileage the vehicle does each day then gives you a total for the week/month.
This is another good report to determine which of your vehicles is being used the most.
It will also give you an estimated fuel consumption, we take this reading from the make and model and year of your vehicle.
This function returns the user with a ‘ Usage Report’ on the selected vehicle(s) over a specified date and time range.
This report lets us choose a time threshold then run the report to see which of your vehicles have been sitting stationary for longer than the time selected.
This report is perfect to see if vehicles are not being used and are just sitting in car parks or offices all day, as it gives you the address the vehicle was stationary at and also exactly how long it was stationary for.
These are non standard reports that can be customised. Here you can get a Driver profile report in PDF or excel, a location report in PDF, a Summary report or Mileage data report.
A Summary report is comprehensive and shows the Distance travelled, Moving time, Idle time, Operational time, Stopped time, maximum idle, maximum speed, then speeds greater than 90kph, greater than 95kph, greater that 100kph, greater that 105kph, greater than 110kph, & greater than 120kph, the number of stops and the number of trips per vehicle or group for the period of time selected.
