If you are getting the Login failed error message on the app or experiencing any errors, please check you have downloaded the correct application for the software you are using.
On our new platform, you will need to use our new app which has our A logo, as shown below.
You can download the App from Google Play here:
If you are still using our older software, you will need to use the app which has the eye logo.
When you are migrated from our old software to our new software you will need to delete the old application (with the eye logo) and download the new app (with the A logo shown below).
If you experience any functionality issues using the app, please uninstall and then reinstall the app.
