1. Driver Login
Log in to the Argus Tracking driver app. When a driver accesses the
app this will log them into the vehicle and plot them as the driver on all reporting.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the Dashboard page.
To open the side menu at any time, click on the menu icon (three lines) in the top left of the top bar.
This is where the driver will receive messages sent from the website and also any alerts on the vehicle such as low battery.
When a message is sent to the vehicle, the phone will also make a sound alert (similar to when they receive an SMS) to advise a new message has come in.
4. Panic Alert
When a driver presses the triangular help button (located in the top right), either an email or app alert is sent to the recipients that have been set up in the website to receive the help alerts.
As a company, you can set up as many recipients you wish to receive this alert, and it can also be set up to only be active on certain vehicles or groups. This alert can only be sent out when the phone is in GSM coverage. If the phone has no reception than no alert can be sent out.
5. Send message
