If the Argus Tracking App has previously been used by an administrator, and now needs to be used by a driver (or vice versa), the app will need to be reset to enable the other user profile functionality, otherwise it will revert to the previous User profile's settings.

Hold your finger down on the Argus app icon to open the App info pop up.
(Note: press and hold your finger down until the pop up box opens, if you tap on the icon the app will open instead - you want the App info box to open).

Tap on the Force Stop button.
Select Ok in the pop up box.
Click on Storage to open the storage page.
On the Storage page, tap the Clear Cache button.
