We understand that your fleet is constantly changing. As vehicles are bought and sold, or if your fleet is expanding, you need to be able to easily let us know so we can organise technicians for you. Administrators and Power Users can easily send install and removal requests from within the Argus Hub.
Just visit Settings, go to Account Settings, then select the Add/Move GPS Device tab and fill in the details, then press the blue Submit button. A member of the installation team will be in touch to arrange a convenient installation or removal date for you.
During busy periods there can be up to a 4 week lead time for GPS installations and removals, but this does vary.
Only system Administrators and Power Users can order new GPS hardware or request a GPS unit removal or reinstallation.
