How to Export a View History Report:
The View History Report gives you a complete line-by-line breakdown of your fleet's daily driving history. This report is not located on the reports page, it can instead be found by heading to Spectate > View History > View Travel History.
Select the asset you would like to 'View History On' and then 'Select History Options' to choose Yesterday, Today or Custom* dates.
* Note: If you choose the Custom date option, a pop-up will appear so that you can choose a specific date, start time and end time. To select these, click on the calendar icon next to each option (as shown below).
* To select the date you want to run the report for, click the calendar icon next to 'date' (as shown below). Repeat this step for start time and end time.
Once you've selected the time period you'd like to view, choose a report format by clicking the blue Export Report button. You can export the report in Web Version, PDF or CSV formats.
