The view history report gives you a complete line by line breakdown of each day.
This report is not located on the reports page, instead it can be found by clicking the blue View Travel History button on the Spectate page, or, from the sidebar choose Spectate then view history.
Choose the vehicle you would like to view history on, then in Select history options, choose yesterday, today or custom to choose your own date.
Note: if you choose Custom, click on the calendar icon to select your chosen date (as shown below).
To select the time period to run the report for, once you have clicked on the calendar icon, you will see a clock icon appear below the calendar (as shown below). Click on the clock to choose the time period you would like to run history on.
Select the report format you would like, then click the blue Export as report button to run the report. The report is available in PDF, CSV or Web format.
Map display options
There are 3 map display options that can be customised to your preferences:
Geofences, Icons Key and Show as line.
Geofences
Tick the Geofences box to show geofences on your view history map.
Icon Key
Tick the Icon key box to display the key of all the icons used in the map.
Moving = The asset is currently moving
Stopped Less 1 hour = The asset has been stopped for less than one hour
Stopped Over 1 hour = The asset has been stopped for longer than an hour but less than two hours.
Stopped Over 2 hours = The asset has been stopped for longer than two hours but less than three hours.
Stopped Over 3 hours = The asset has been stopped for longer than three hours.
Battery Disconnected = The battery in the asset has been disconnected or run flat.
Low battery = The asset battery is running low and needs charging.
SOS Alert = An SOS alert has been activated and the user requires emergency/immediate assistance. (These parameters can be set to your specifications and require additional hardware and installation).
Help Alert = A help alert has been activated and the user requires help. (These parameters can be set to your specifications and require additional hardware and installation).
Input Alert = An input has been activated. (Requires additional set up and installation).
Show as line
Tick the Show as line box to display this view history trip as a line instead of individual points.
The colour of the line will vary according to the speed the asset is traveling at. For more information on line colours, check out the article What do the arrow and line colours mean?
