The Check Sheet can be set up from the Fleet Management app, however, please be aware that to set up a barcode for the first time this has to be carried out with an Android device. IOS devices can NOT carry out the initial set up.
Please follow the simple steps below to set up the Check Sheet using the Fleet Management app.
Open your Argus Fleet Management app and from the side menu, select Check Sheet.
The Check Sheet page will open. Tap on the Tap to scan button.
A new window will open. Scan the barcode associated with this asset.
Once the barcode has been scanned, a new box will pop up advising Barcode not found. This is because this barcode has not been used before, and is not associated to an asset yet. Please enter in CAPITAL letters the registration of the asset you are scanning the barcode on, then press Submit.
Next, continue to complete the Check Sheet for this asset, then press Submit.
Once the Check Sheet has been submitted, all these settings will be saved going forward.
