Step 1
Ensure your vehicle has been barcoded like in the image below. For details on how to set up the vehicle check sheet, click here.
Step 2
Download the correct app from the App Store store here. Look for the A logo.
Step 3
Use your Argus login email and password to log in to the App.
Step 4
In the App, select Checksheet.
Step 5
Select tap to scan, and then scan the barcode applied to this vehicle.
A box shall then pop up advising Barcode not found please enter registration, this will show each time you scan a barcode, you then simply enter in the registration of the vehicle you are checking
Once you submit, the vehicles information such as Registration, Make, Model, Year will be populated in the checksheet for you.
Step 6
Now you just need to fill in the information in the vehicle check sheet, selecting from Yes, No, and Not Applicable.
If you tick NO for any item, a notification will be sent out to the user who has been set up to receive this information, to let them know that there is something wrong with the vehicle.
Step 7
Once you have finished the check sheet, sign your name on the screen in the INSPECTION PERFORMED BY area.
Step 8
Then press the SUBMIT button.
You shall see an uploading circle, then be advised the checksheet was uploaded successfully. This will be submitted to the Argus website where it is stored. The administrator will only be notified if NO has been applied to any item.
