Check out what's new in the last month:
Check Sheet Reminders
After much refinement, we are proud to announce the release of our Check Sheet Reminder system! This system will allow you to automate notifications to remind your drivers to complete a check sheet on their specified vehicle if they have not completed it prior to the due date, and automate notifications to the appropriate team member if the check sheet becomes overdue.
Furthermore, the reminder settings are specific to each check sheet, so you can easily set up separate reminders for multiple check sheets which have different requirements in the frequency of their completion (e.g. a monthly, semi-annual, and annual vehicle inspection).
We will be adding more guides on how to set this all up to suit you best shortly, but in the meantime, if you have any questions regarding how to set up check sheet reminders please get in touch with your Argus Account Manager and they will be happy to help.
Online Order Form
We have now added an accessories field into the new install online order form. This way, you can let our install team know all of the accessories which a new vehicle installation requires in the order form and we can ensure that our technicians have all of the required hardware available when they arrive to complete the install. Simply tick the relevant accessories after filling out the vehicle details and you're away!
Fuel Watch Improvements
Fuel Location Report
- After some feedback from our most avid Fuel Watch users, we agreed that the Fuel Location Report would be much more user friendly if it only contained instances where the fill location (as per fuel card transaction) does NOT match the vehicle location (as per Argus GPS) at the time. This way, you can run and scan through a report very quickly and know if there's anything you need to follow up on, without scrolling through pages and pages of data.
Overfill Report
- With the same logic discussed above in mind, we have also updated the Overfill Report so that it will only show you instances where the quantity of fuel purchased exceeds the fuel tank size of the vehicle.
